Estuate Inc. review: Fraud CV

A previous employee from our company Gaurav Bhatnagar whom we assue to be working in USA with Estuate S/w inc. has been found to use a fake experienc efrom FuZone eSYSTEMS pvt.Ltd. situated in India.
He worked previous to us with the company and showed us 1.6 years of experience but actually when we did the reference check and asked for the attendence record and salary slips and with further detailed investigations we are sure now that he submitted fake experience from that company worked for a very short period with that company and showed a false duration of working in that company.
This should help others with this person and save thier precious time in scanning and screening the profiles for recruitment and selection process.
