Esthtica.com review: Product/service

I purchased a dress from eshtica.com in August for €29.95. The website advertised it as a formal dress, but what I received after one month was a piece of extremely cheap, see-through fabric – completely unsuitable for use.

I contacted the company repeatedly (over 25 emails) requesting a full refund. Instead, they:

Offered only a 15% partial refund (€4.50).

Suggested I keep the product and order a new one, paying an additional 30% of the item’s value, even though the fault was clearly theirs.

The website shows false contact information: an address in Patra,Greece (Iakovou Ritsou 70) and a phone number with UK code (+447723323050). This indicates that the company is likely a scam operating from outside Europe (probably China).

Moreover, the same dress that I bought for €29.95 is now listed on their website for €49.95, showing deceptive pricing and misleading commercial practices.

Screenshots of the website, the product, and my emails with the company are available as evidence.

This is a fake and dishonest company. I strongly warn others: do not buy from eshtica.com.
