ESI Attorneys review: Thieves. Bad service. 1

My bond was reassessed by sa homeloans and then came back as unsuccessful due to my retrenchment and covid. Esi attorneys who is sa homeloans attorneys is now refusing to pay back my lodgement fees of r12000 as they claim they were about to lodge. This is a lie because I got a detailed email explaining that lodgement cannot take place until the bank gives them an ok. I contacted sa homeloans and informed them about it and they have not assisted me and when I email or call esi attorneys they ignore or put the phone down. How unprofessional, what thiefs.
