We paid for a week in this hotel.
On arrival there was no double room.
They put us in a triple single room with no shower and mouldy bathroom.
It was dirty and smelled hideously of smoke.
The furniture was terribly worn and the floor was filthy.
The WiFi did not work which resulted in my partner and I being separated in different hotels with no means of communicating as she fled in tears and booked in to the mostar hotel and as there was no WiFi in the ersoy aga her messages didn't reach me.
There were people on the fire escape and the door was secured by a flimsy knob type thing that offered no security.
I was moved the next afternoon to a double room that was even worse than the first one. The mirror on the wall was a child's toy mirror with hairs and soap scum and god knows what splattered over it.
The toilet had an open sewer smell and no cover on what appeared to be a rodding point or wet drain.
I am recovering from dental surgery and in 30 years of travelling this is the worst room I have been forced to sleep in.
With still no sign of my partner, she couldn't find her way back to me I borrowed a strangers phone and called my dad and had him call my partner.
I then left the room and key inside and made my way to the mostar which was less expensive than the ersoy aga and it is immaculately clean and presentable.
I haven't told the reception as the new hotel is around tge corner and I fear reprisals as this did not seem like a reputable place and the receptionist the first night was angry because I was complaining about the WiFi.
