EpicNPC review: Integrity of the website

🛑 Completely useless mods, they dont care about you getting negative feedback that is an attack on you and nothing to do with the transaction unless you paid them to do a Trade Guardian transaction. All the individual has to do is show a picture that they bought or delivered an account, service, or whatever and that person can say anything and give you whatever feedback they want. Completely useless moderation team, they no integrity at all! I will never return after months of selling and buying with 100% positive feedback from many sellers and buyers, also I cant believe they even monetize their website when their service is so bare and completely unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM 🛑

And NO I do not want to be contacted by these guys. I'm adamant with this review until corrective measures are taken to improve their dispute process. You have wasted much of my time just forcing me to write paragraphs of evidence and then completely negate every I say. I've seen it happen to so many threads already where the default reply after a mountain of evidence is:

"1. If TG was used, we will review feedback disputes as normal.

2. If TG was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.

- If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.

- If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed."

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME, PLEASE SEARCH FOR AN ALTERNATIVE TRANSACTION WEBSITE!
