Entergy Arkansas review: Deposit refund

Yes my name is David Meade I have attempted four times to get my deposit refunded at 210 North elm Street apartment number 2 in Jacksonville Arkansas the apartment was blown away by the tornado in March and deemed unlivable since then after I moved to North Little Rock I have tried four times to get them to just refund my deposit each time I was met was not only rudeness but the last time when I asked for a manager the lady replied I don't know who it is I said you don't know who your manager is she says well he's upstairs and didn't even attempt to or offer to get him even after I requested I'm a struggling college student and I need that money. I just want the money that's owed to me. That was March and I was involved in a natural disaster that took my apartment and my belongings. Please help her my deposit that's owed to me.
