Breach of Contract started with Empower Solar Inc., fail statements and promises, and the poor workmanship or poor/damaged equipment that did not work properly or consistently. Empower Solar Inc., failure to correct the problem or repair the Solar system as agreed upon in their contract. I notified all parties listed about of the problems with Solar System, including Southern California Edition (SEC). I got no results or responses from Empower Solar Inc.

Claimed loss: Solar Panels that do not work and they refuse to repair but want me to continue to pay. 2 1/2 years not working...called, called, and called.
Desired outcome: It would be nice if the can and will get these panels off my house, and move on. I am mental and physically stress out. It only good for is birds. I clean up bird poo daily.
