I had to change my bank and called Empower more than three weeks ago with the new bank account and routing number. I also told them to change my phone number since they still had my old phone number in my profiile. They said they would change my phone number. Then they said I would get a change request letter in about two weeks. Two days ago 5/6/2025. I called them again and they said they would change my phone number in two or three days after which I could access my account on line. The phone number was not changed and I cant access my account.
Desired outcome: Expedite my retirement direct deposite.
