Empower Retirement – Inherited ira

My Mom died at the end of Dec 2023. I am the primary beneficiary of her inheritable IRA. I have spent the last year trying to rollover, however I have been told the incorrect information repeatedly. Its been over a year, and I just got off the phone with another, different, rep, who explained that the form the last rep told me to print out and notarize, is incorrect. I just want to be finished with my Mothers death so I can move on in life, but apparently I need to restart the process of inheriting her IRA, of which I'm the sole beneficiary. Who doesnt want to relive that moment every day for a year?
