She has a long track record of deliberately refusing to honor signed legal agreements, which is a huge red flag for someone who works as a realtor and CPA.
As you can see in the attached screenshot, Emily Vu also deleted TTK & Associates' Google profile to hide over 5 years of negative reviews from both customers and vendors who fell victim to her scam tactics.
