on 7-8-23 I ordered USTECHSUPPORT LIVE TECH FOR $179.01 plus system mechanic Ultimate Defense 1 year for $59.99. (#3493620) I still have MyCleanId open). On 8-12-23 my computer went blank. I could do nothing. I called your support. First quote was $945.45. I said "No, I can buy a new one for that". He said let me see what I can do. The next quote was for $806.42 which I agreed to. The salesman told me I was likely "hacked" & someone from Tech would call the next day to fix it. No call. I called on 8-13-23 & the tech said there was nothing he could do as no way into the computer. I called immediately for my $ back. Charges on that day were for 499.95 MycleanID, 202.75 same, and 242.75 IOLO amounting to the original quote of 945.45 The salesman had said there was a credit that will appear for 139.03 which was the amount he reduced the price by. He never mentioned anything about closing out my purchase made on 7-8-23, which I now presumed he did to bring the cost down. I only found out the 7-8th USTech was closed was by discussions with your tech people later on. It's strange how your company can immediately debit my acct., but I waited until 9-1-23 to see any credits:179.01 IOLO, &63.74 same, &499.95 MyClean ID for a total of 742.70. The difference is 202.75 but if you take the credit of 139.03 as coming from your internal paperwork, there is a 63.72. Difference. When I called for more $, Nick agreed with this amount. If you take the fact that the 7-8th USTECH was closed out, I say that $139.03 was my funds and that and the 63.72 is $202.75 due me. Even though he agreed it was owing I still have not seen the $63.72. I have called many, many times with no funds forthcoming. One lady on 11-14 was one that was willing to hear my side. We talked for over an hour. In the end she said a rep never put through a credit for 181.?. He was due back in 3 days, and he'd put the credit through. "allow 7-10 Business days after that. Nothing. Prev. & subsequent calls are responded with "I have put in a supervisory review and you will hear back in 48 hours. I never hear bacvk. I ask your help. 2 people have agreed these funds are owing, but NOTHING.

Claimed loss: $202.70

Desired outcome: Find resolution on funds owed me. I have been dealing with this since Aug. This is 12-28-23!!!!!!
