Elfster review: Elfster makes exchanges so easy!

I have been using Elfster since 2015. Over the years, the website and app have had a ton of improvements, streamlining the user experience. Overall, the entire website is user friendly. I love using the Wish It chrome extension to add things to my Wishlist from any website!
The customer service is absolutely excellent. They are always super quick, helpful, and efficient! I've never had any issues feeling like they have left me, or forgotten me in the chats. They always solve my problems, regardless of how complicated they were. They've also never made me feel dumb, despite what I've done to mess things up!
The Wishlists really make gifting to friends and family easier. Sometimes I shop directly off the Wishlist and sometimes I just use the Wishlist as a guide for making them something personalized. I love that I have that option.
I also like that I'm able to mark a gift as purchased, so that they don't receive a double gift! It's also nice getting the notification saying my gift is on its way!
Overall, I really love Elfster and I highly recommend it to everyone I know!
