Eleventyfour I bought some stuff from Eleventyfour, LP on December 6, but I still haven't received it

I bought some stuff from Eleventyfour, LP on December 6, but I still haven't received it. I've tried contacting their customer service at least 7 times since then, but they haven't responded or followed up. I ordered a Collins Key Cap and my order number is ***. The charge for it is $34.19. They really need to either send me my stuff or give me a refund. They haven't done either of those things! According to USPS, they never received my order.
