Blocked my account
I decided to become the volunteer and crated the free account on the website www.elderhelpers.org. I crated free account and donated money, but after several weeks my account was blocked, but they continued to charge me. I sent emails and asked to stop it, but no one listened to me. I want to stop them, please help me. Post your comments and views.

On 9/14/2022 @9:53 $10.00 was deducted from my bank account
On 9/14/2022 @13.05 $10.00 was deducted again from my account.
I did not authorize these. I live in Missouri and I have never heard of this company.
I keep getting charged monthly. I've emailed them in the past about canceling my subscription. I never get a response back.
This has been going on for a year now.
I called their number and I couldn't even leave a voice message and nobody picks up.
All I want to do is just cancel my subscription.
There's absolutely nobody that responds back.
I made them a gift of $50-00 but they ccntinue monthly charges. STOP THESE MONTHLY CHARGES
