Everything was done extremely well, and I was very impressed with my agent's support. More recently I had some follow up needs related to the details on some of my coverages. I contacted my agent who put me in touch with another member of SBS. The new contact from SBS, contacted the provider, arranged a 3-person call, and cleared up the billing issue quickly and professionally. The five-star rating for this work is well deserved.

An agent of this company repeatedly texted me, without any prior consent. In an attempt to resolve this, I emailed the company months ago with a read receipt proving they've viewed the email. I attempted once more to email them, including more than one email address. At least one of these has come back as being blocked. Rather than answer my complaint, it appears they would rather ignore it. I even attached proof the texts came from their agent.
