I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with SeniorsMeet. Their customer service is just plain awful. I had a billing question and all I got was some generic email response that didn't even answer my question. And when I tried to respond to that email, it bounced back saying it wasn't a valid address. What kind of company doesn't even have a working email address?

But that's not even the worst part. It seems like this company has all sorts of exceptions and loopholes to cover their own butts, but they won't even consider refunding your money if there's been a misunderstanding. I mean, come on. If they really cared about their customers, they would at least try to make things right.

I've been using SeniorsMeet since June 9, 2015, and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with the selection of men that their filtering system selects for me. I mean, I pay good money for this service, and I expect a lot more than what I'm getting. Every day, I'm sent 3-5 matches, but they don't even come close to fitting my profile requirements. Most of them are out of state, like 1-3,000 miles away. And the men they've chosen for me are just not a good match. They're different ethnicities, different religions, too short (under 5'6"), too old (in their 80s), and have different interests than me.

I've clearly specified what I'm looking for in my basic and advanced search and profile, but the men they send me don't match my search criteria at all. And when I try to do the search myself, I always get the same people that I received when I started. It's frustrating.

And every time I go on the site, I find that my data or preferences have been changed. I shouldn't have to put in this information every time I go onto the site. One man on my prospective candidates was convicted for exposing himself to young girls on two occasions. And one man that I did meet had been married five times and appears to have a major daily drinking problem. I clearly stated on my profile that I was not interested in drinking alcohol on a daily basis, but that information was removed from my profile.

Also, there are no clear instructions on how to navigate the site and make sure that the preferences are properly filtered. It's just not user-friendly.

All they appear to be interested in is the money, and the service I'm receiving for my money is TERRIBLE. I sincerely hope someone reads this email and that changes will be made. I tried to contact customer service for help, but to no avail. They only had bots that provided auto responses and if your issue was not resolved, tough luck. I even tried to reply to their automated response, but the email link was not deliverable and went to a 'no-reply' email. It was as if they didn't care about their customers at all. They only cared about getting their money and once they had it, they were done with you.
