El Jefe Tire Shop review: Tire

I bought a used tire on May 13, 2023 from El Jefe Tire Shop at 11321 E US 40 Hwy Independence MO

I paid $69.02 for the tire. It was a bad tire because around the edge was separating. I took the tire back on June 6, 2023 to the same guy that sold the tire to me. He told me that they didn’t sell that type of tire and I told him you are the one that sold it to me. He refused to do anything about it. So, I sent a picture of the receipt to my wife so that she could contact the Better Business Bureau, but she couldn’t do it online. On the receipt it says in order to be considered eligible for repair, replacement or exchange under warrant, must have a valid receipt from El Jefe Tire Shop. I would like my money back because I had to go somewhere else to buy another tire.
