Ehlanzeni Construction review: Services deposited, but work not commenced

EHLANZENI CONSTRUCTION owner Dieter Joubert in Lydenburg/Mashishing,
Quotation was granted for the above company to paint a roof of a house in Lydenburg, and the required deposits paid for purchasing of materials to start work as requested, work not done to standard and only half done, and only a third of materials bought.
It is more than four months and the owner got excuse on excuse to come and complete work.
