Good luck with your attempt to contact them. You cannot reach them by phone and they generally do not respond to emails, although they finally agreed to refund the payment. However, that was an empty promise, because they never processed the refund. Sure wish we had searched reviews before ever ordering for them. They have multiple "store names" all the same crooks.
