Edison review: Relocation on my main panel unit

Hi good day Sir/ Maam, I had contacted Edison with regards to relocation for replacement of my Main Panel unit sometime 2 months ago about August 2022. I already have confirmation number 3359812. The first person I spoke he said some one will contact me in 3 days. Next 3 days I called edison, they said it would be 7-10 and then 10 days had pass I called Edison and they he said minimum of 10 days. I called this last week sept 30 and both perso just pass my to different department and then hangup on me. I just wanna confirm when is the guy from edison is going to call me to schedule so that he will put a mark to where can may electrical contractor to place the new main panel unit. its already september and No one yet had contacted me or someone from edison to showup in my place. need your help
