Edible Arrangements review: horrible/rude customer service ( 2 comments)

This place is horrible. I placed an order online for appreciation bouquet-small with a coupon. I was supposed to be charged $31.54 not the $36.98 charged on my card. The difference is $5.44. The rude females that work there only want to refund $5. The refuse to listen to anything I was saying, kept putting me on hold, and was yelling telling me that I was being rude. I haven't reached my rude point until the female dog yelled may god bless and have a good day. Excuse me she must be crazy. So she think god is going to bless her for her actions. Um heck no. If I have a recorder and knew how to put the recording online, ppl will hear how horrible their service is. I urge everyone to never ever purchase anything from them ever. I also get a phone call from the person the arrangement was for telling me they strawberries wasn't all that good and the ones someone else sent them from sharis berries even though they costed a bit more were way better and was shipped to them from where ever sharis berries is because we dont have one in la.
