Dear EDI,

I raised a night class request on 11th march 2023, ticket# [protected], I called customer care many times and received same answer as under process. after 10 days delayed, yesterday one customer care executive told me you need to clear your balance amount. and i asked him why it was not advised before 10 days, he says excused and confirmed that you need to wait one more week for just 2 hours classes. I really fed up with EDI services, simply wasting my time. You make everyone feel like applying driving license is a very big headache. I really regret it now.

I hope you can sort out the issue without further delay.
