EcoATM confirmed they found my stolen phone on 10/22/25 and made me jump through months of repeated proof-of-ownership requests (ID, police report, Apple account proof). During this time I received an alert someone tried accessing my account and EcoATM ignored my concerns. After months they claimed they shipped my phone back — but I received the wrong phone with a different IMEI/serial number. This is negligent handling of stolen property and a serious privacy/security issue. I want my correct phone returned immediately, a prepaid return label for the wrong device, and written confirmation my phone was not accessed or tampered with.
