Awful experience, quick to give you a call on how to set up and the benefits, but someone somewhere is making a quick buck out of my shopping.
The first 2 donations were met and put into my online collection box to the tune of £1.50. The next 4 were not. I opened claims and was told that my cookie settings were wrong. So I sorted the PC cookie settings but the same thing happened.
A 2nd email and I got the response that maybe I hadn't met the retailers terms and conditions. What all four retailers? I find that hard to believe, especially as one of those retailers was Amazon.
On opening a claim you are thanked for opening the claim you are then warned it can take up to 8 months for a claim to go through and even then its not guaranteed to be accepted. At this point I phoned one of the retailers who didn't seem to know anything about easyfundraising.org.uk
Having only been with these people for a few weeks, and having double the amount of claims open than had actually gone through, I asked to close my account. As a owner of one of the good causes, this means that my good cause is deleted and all my £1.51 donations disappeared plus all the donations of the person I had actually managed to recruit. Around £1.75 in total.
The only thing this company did quickly was to close the account and whip away any existing donations we would have been entitled to. This is likely in a pot for their next holiday!
Desired outcome: I would like my donations sent to our cause bank account. An explanation and an apology.
