Eastgate Legit review: Overcharged for something I didn't buy

I was at east gate legit on Saturday. A guy who works there kept telling me about jackets. I told him I can't buy them because I didn't have money. He then said I should take 2 polo necks because I only had 1 on my hand. I told him I'll only take 1. When I look at my slip on Sunday it said I took 2 when I only took on the black one. T written I also took gray. I didn't have a gray polo neck. This is wrong because I know I only took one. Was very shocked when he told me the total of my things but then I said to myself maybe it's because of the shoes. This is sad because I'm a very loyal customer at legit. Please resolve this because I want my r190. U don't do that to customers. I think he took advantage because he heard me saying I stay very far. I don't remember his name, but the slip shows nhlanhla.
