This is relation to my recent travel by Air Asia from Jakarta to Langkawi booked from Ease my trip. I received stroller with missing legs and wheels and broken back support. It was acknowledged by Air Asia and they provided me a PIR and also later co-ordinated on emails for Pics and other details. Later on they declined to process my Claim as they said it is booked by an agent and we shall accordingly ask the Agent to co-ordinate with airlines for the claim. I am attaching the emails and details for reference.

Claimed loss: INR 24000

Desired outcome: Pay for loss and at earliest with damages and inconvenience compensation too.
