Earth Care review: Handyman services

On 2/24/23 I paid $249.00 via ZELLE for handyman discount services. I scheduled an appt for 0800 AM on 2/27/23, and no one ever came. Finally, I get a phone call that same day in the afternoon about my request, but he would not honor the discount. Therefore, earth care stated they will put my request back in the queue. As of today April 8, 2023, I have not heard from anyone. I can not reach anyone, I have sent emails and chat messages, but I can not reach anyone to resolve this issue. When I call the [protected] number, no one usually answers the phone, and if someone does answer, they will conveniently place you on hold and then the phone hangs up on you. I have chatted with Lisa Chan, but she is not helpful either, how is it that she is the only person who may answer a chat.

How can this company still be in business, all they are doing is false advertising and taking your money without providing any services.
