We sold our RV in Aug 24 and was told by Jacob Weeks of Eagle Vision that we would be getting a refund for the balance of the warranty. He never answered our calls and sent us a cancellation request form for the refund but since we submitted the form at the beginning of Nov, 2024 we have not received the check nor has Jacob Weeks or anyone else responded to our many emails. I believe this is a sham company who should not be in business.

Desired outcome: Refund of $1242.19. This amount was sent to Eagle Vision RV to Jacob Weeks for our refund and have not received it.
