I spent 40 minutes completing a survey, after completing it they then said I wasn't qualified to take it. Well I did take it, the whole thing. They ripped me off. Customer service just blew me off. They have extreme poor business practice. I've been with them for a long time, but unfortunately they have become crooks. This is not the first time this has happened either.The corporate owner "Dynata" needs to get a clue or just get thrown out of business.
Recommendation: Don't waste your time!
