e-Rewards review: e-Rewards have blindsided their faithful survey-takers.

With NO warning at all, e-Rewards took on a company to help with security. While that is fine, we are required to send photos of our driver's license or other very important documents with our face on them. One day, we didn't need to do that. The next, again with NO warning, it is "Do this or you can no longer do our surveys." That's fine; I'll just cash out all the points I had in their bank, and part ways. NOPE -- you lose your points. I, and others, spent our precious time to get a little spending cash (actually we use our points to choose something from their list of companies that are participating. After all our time, we all have been robbed of our points, our time, and our "prizes."
e-Rewards was okay and those of us who had a little time on our hands enjoyed getting a little something for our opinions. But this recent move is a slap in the face. It would be great if everyone doing surveys would just quit. Maybe then they could go back to being a decent company.
