Mr. Allen was very pleasant and courteous throughout his visit. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and what the pressure readings were and made sure he used safety measures throughout the process. We would welcome him anytime we need a service tech out!

Mr. A. came out and performed a heater unit maintenance cleaning. I'm familiar with Mr. A. as he has serviced our unit on prior occasions. He is very thorough, courteous, and he makes sure the unit is in proper working condition and the customer is satisfied. Thank you very much!

Duggan's was awesome Spencer, Ralph and Kyle T were all so pleasant and they got the job done on time just as they said they would. Had new gas pack unit and new duct installed and I am very pleased with the quality of work they showed and how knowledgeable the staff is. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Spencer R came out to inspect and service our units. I could not have been more pleased. He was very professional and found some issues a home inspector missed. After he fixed the problems he gave me advice on what units to install on our new house we are building. With employee's like Spencer I will always use Duggan for my heat and air needs!

The young man that came, was very professional. He even engaged me with conversation. Answered any questions I had. Explained stuff that I needed to know. All this was done, when he was not feeling well. I noticed he was hopping. We discussed his knee, along with mine. I felt safe, and very comfortable with this young man. Kevin was very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining and giving many different solutions to solve our heating and air problem. He was very professional, punctual and friendly. My Service Technician was Mr. Michael. He wore protective shoe covers, which is professional. Shows respect for my home. He gave my HVAC SYSTEM its first matineance check up. I had plenty of questions for Mr. Micheal. One question after the next. He was very knowledgeable to answer each question. I was also provided literature to read. Thanks Mr. Michael for giving our home great customer service.

My technician Calvin J was great! He was very knowledgeable, explained the condition of my AC unit to me in a clear way, took pictures of the work to clearly reference the issues, and was incredibly personable and friendly. As far as a diagnostic appointment goes, I couldn't be more impressed. I'm hoping that this caliber of excellence stays consistent throughout the repair process. 5/5 stars, no question about it.

Carl was very thorough & professional. He answered my questions & explained anything I didn't understand. I greatly appreciated him changing out a part before it became a much bigger problem. He is also a people person & it was very nice to have a short conversation with him. That is how great customer/business relationships are built. As luck would have it, our air conditioner went out on a Friday. Spenser came after hours to give us a temporary fix until the part came in. At first we were told it may take from 5 to 7 days for the part to come in. It was ordered first thing Monday morning and was installed today (Wednesday). Spenser was on another job and made time to install the new part as time allowed. Duggan went out of their way to be accommodating and to "make things happen." We're so fortunate to have a customer service based business along with very competent and caring employees.

I have used some other companies but none compare to Duggan's. The entire team has convinced me to continue using their services. The office people come across as very sincere in helping you. The technicians are exceptional, especially Spencer.
I will be purchasing a second HVAC unit within the next couple of years and will definitely do it through Duggan's. Honesty, Integrity and technical skills are clearly there.
Lastly, as the father of a veteran, I also appreciate they hire veterans too

We had a heating and air unit replaced roughly 14 months ago. We were told by the sales rep that we were entitled to a cleaning within one year. Never saw anyone until I called about the unit not cooling after only 14 months. They sent a tech out that repaired the cooling issue. The problem is that we were told that if the unit malfunctions in any capacity that we would get a Free replacement within the first 5 years. We have also seen mold appear around the vents and after a mold specialist investigated we were told that it was due to improper installation and the vents not being wrapped when the unit was installed. Duggans refuses to send a copy of the contract after telling us this was not covered.

Best HVAC company in the area! I have two HVAC systems - a gaspak installed by another company, and a heat pump unit installed by Duggan last year. The technician took the time to find the problem with my gaspak rather than replacing and charging for more parts than necessary. He did thorough maintenance on my heat pump unit, and cleaned it. He fully explained to me everything he did. He was friendly with my dogs. He wore shoe coverings in my house to keep from tracking dirt. And this isn't just luck; the previous technicians who sold and installed my heat pump unit last year also were very competent and courteous. They rolled out plastic along the floor from the door to the attic to avoid tracking dirt, and they walked slowly to allow my dog to join in the parade. AND the office personnel are also great. I wish I had known about Duggan's when I moved here but I'm using them exclusively from now on.

Duggan's is the best Heating and Air Conditioning providers in the CSRA. They have a great team of technicians who are highly skilled. The office staff is very friendly and helpful with calls and questions. My family was using Duggan and they have such great service that my whole family switched to Duggan. Their program for checking your systems helps identify issues before they happen. My favorite technician is Calvin J. He is absolutely wonderful. He also provides service calls for my immediate and extended family. He is punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and an expert at his craft. Calvin reviews what he plans to do and explains anything he finds with recommendations on how to address. He uses shoe covers and other protective garments when going in and out of the house. He is thoughtful about there being pets in the house and keeping the outside doors closed. Calvin visited the house today for the system inspection and there was an awful storm. He worked on the items he could on the inside and worked under an umbrella for the remainder of the work. He kept a smile on his face the whole time even though the working conditions were less than ideal. I highly recommend Duggan and ask for Calvin J, you will not go wrong.

I had them to install a new HVAC system in December . The installation was seemless but at the end of the project, the end of their work day, it seemed rushed. One of the installers was finishing with the thermostat. He basically rushed through explaining to me how to work it. He gave me the most basic instructions with no booklet. I was told about a warranty for the unit prior to installation but wasn't given it at the time of installation. I called the office several times before they sent it to me, a few months later. Then on July 4th, 6 months pregnant, I get home from work and my system is not cooling. I called to get immediate service and was told the earliest they could come was the next day. I didn't have any other option so they came the next day. The gentleman who showed up did not wear a mask while inside my home and explained to me that he didn't want to because it was so hot, his words. I am visibly pregnant and it is the pandemic happening. I asked about whether this would be a charge to me and he said no it was included in my warranty. I did report him to the company via their after service survey and they responded that they had addressed the issue with him. All went well until the weekend of Labor Day. Again my unit stopped cooling and I called and was told a serviceman would be at my home at 1230pm. They got there after the appointment time and when I called about it they didn't seem concerned. The service technician was very educational and showed me that the problem was the same as before and explained to me how to do routine maintenance to prevent it next time. When it was time to wrap up the service he said I owed the $89 fee. I contested it since he was late to the appointment and they're tag is if they aren't on time, you don't pay a dime. Well apparently that doesn't apply to the standard diagnostic fee. This is very misleading and I will not ever recommend them to someone else. I wish my warranty was transferable to another company cause I'm just not pleased with their business practices.

I bought a unit from Duggan's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for a whopping $10,500 last year, but it's been nothing but trouble. The thermostat keeps showing error codes and I've tried to fix it many times. The technicians said they needed a special part that wasn't available, but even after they supposedly fixed it, the error codes are still there. I think the unit is busted and I want a new one or my money back. But when I call customer service, they just want to charge me more money for diagnostics. It's a total rip-off to pay so much and get such crappy service. The unit is at ***.

They came in May and said "Diagnostic found system completely devoid of refrigerant, performed leak search and found 3/4 service valve leaking profusely. Quoted $563 labor to replace valve." They finally came back in May because the part took longer to get than expected. They said the system was still under warranty until September but the cost would be for labor. About two weeks later, it stopped cooling correctly, and I assumed it was because of the heat outside. Someone else told me to contact them because that was a sign something wasn't right. I called, and they said they couldn't come out in the afternoon after I get off. I set an appointment, and no one showed up. When I called, they canceled because I didn't answer their call. My air is still not working properly. It's 80 degrees, and it is set on 73.

Duggan's came to our crib on ***, 2022, because the air from our vents was lukewarm. The tech found that the system was almost out of refrigerant and that the evaporator coil was leaking. We paid $*75 upfront and the rest later, plus $90 for a "diagnostic fee." The senior tech came on *** and replaced the evaporator coil. But when we turned on the AC on ***, the vent was warm. A different tech came on *** and said there was a leak. We had to pay $626 for the refrigerant, which we think is unfair. Duggan's said the second leak was unrelated to the first, but we think they didn't fix the first leak properly. The second tech was cool, but the office staff was not.
