I call the store to see if item was available the person at store look for item for me I ask her the price she told me she dont know very nasty I ask her I need to know so when I come to the store I will have the right amount of my purchase, she stated I said I dont know, I call customer service this is not the first time I have called customer service about the store I explain to customer services what happened he told me to find another store I told him again that not good customer service, ask for supervisor he told there on supervisor, he then told me he would give me 20% off for my bad experience in store, so I go to store to use the coupon nothing on coupon said online only and I ask I guy when he send it to me can I use it store he told me yes. I go in the store try to explain what customer sevices told again very nasty I work for the state I do customer service very bad services
