Disappointing Experience with DriverEdToGo: No Certificate and Poor Customer Service
So, I just finished the driving course on DriverEdToGo and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. They never sent me my certificate, which is a big deal since that's the whole reason I took the course in the first place. It's like they just took my money and ran! And to make matters worse, they don't even return your voice mails. I mean, come on, how hard is it to pick up the phone and call someone back? This is definitely the worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm so fed up that I'm filing a BBB complaint as we speak! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
