Driver Solutions is full of ### do not go there, instead go to a school in your area(research for a good one) since then you are beholden to some ### for 5 grand or more. This statement applies to all of the compant sponsered training that is out there(CR England, Stevens, etc.) beware of them! Why it has to be this way is beyond me other than it confirms that never feel sorry for looking out for yourself first and foremost, since companies or corporations sure the hell will not do it!

I made the mistake of going to driver solutions for a refresher course. They told me I would work for PAM I had a date to get picked up from PAM.Two weeks have gone past the date that I was supposed to start. The school that I went to was the biggest joke I have ever seen. The first week of school we sat in class and the teacher talked about the government and everything else but nothing about trucking. When we went to the yard it wasn't any better. They had so many students you only had time to try a backing exercise twice a day.the school never gave me an evaluation like they were suppose too. They just signed the paperwork. So now I am going to owe Driver Soulution 6000. And I can't even get a job driving because they won't release my paperwork .Anyone have any advice? I know what I want to do but

If you have had problems with Driver Solutions LLC (aka C1) there may be help available to you, particularly if you have been sued in Marion County, Indiana.

Despite the fact that you may have attended a Driver Solution/C1 CDL school in TX, AR, MO, OH, etc., the Enrollment Agreement you signed states that all lawsuits have to be filed in Marion County, IN. If you fail to pay back the money loaned to you, you will probably be sued in Indianapolis. This creates a real hardship for those who are being sued who live hundreds of miles from Indianapolis. Often judgments are entered against people simply because they are not able to go to Indianapolis to defend themselves. This often leads to wage garnishments and bank account freezes.

The Legal Services Corporation is a federally funded national network of agencies who try to provide legal advice and representation to the indigent. There are Maximum Income Guidelines these agencies must follow, but if you qualify you may be able to receive free legal services. We've already helped others who have been sued by Driver Solutions, LLC.

If you have been sued by Driver Solutions LLC, contact your nearest Legal Services agency and explain to them your problem,
including that you've been sued in Indianapolis, IN. If you are eligible for LSC services, you may be able to get help.

What happened in court? My boyfriend is being threatened with a lawsuit from driver solutions. He went to Indiana in Sept. of 06, and made it 2 weeks until he got pulled over while driving with a rig, so he got booted out. Now they want money we dont have, and I dont know if it would be better to make a payment arrangement or get an attourney for court.

Well, did they tell u that u would make 25cents A MILE. Then when u start USA Trucking they pay per zipcode and not per miles, they don't pay for the first load if u do more then one load for a customer. I was told by Drivers Solution that I would make 25cents PER MILE, not per zip code, alot less money that way, THAT IS CALLED DECEPTION. I goto trial on February 22, 2011 in Indy, it's truely sad that u can falsify ( DECEPTION ) to people just to get money. I guess thats why I'm seeking Criminal Charges through the Attorney Generals Office on Drivers Solutions and sooo should everyone else. They are trying to sell a product that doesn't exist ( Theft by Deception ).

couldn't disagree more with you long john silver. were you one of the guys in my class that got kicked out for a bad drug test? Drivers Solution did exactly what they said they would do - get me a driving job and company-paid training. I'm in a good career now with a good trucking company thanks to them. why don't you tell the real story? no body got kicked out of class except for the ones that lied about taking drugs. hard to feel sorry for those guys!
