Drbatras.com / Dr. Batra's Positive Health Clinic review: Fraud and Malpractices

A big SCAM is happening in Gaya, Bihar. A FAKE clinic in the name of Dr Batra's homeopathy Mumbai opened in Gaya, Bihar at AP Colony. Recently in the month of October, Me and my elder sister were taking hairfall treatment from Dr Batra's clinic.

We have paid their consultation and treatment charges which cost ₹9500.

Before paying this amount they said they will provide 3 different therapies for 6 times in three months and regular check ups with doctors.

On the same day they made us consult a staff of the clinic masquerading as a doctor named Pinkey Kumari.

She gave us medicine and told to wait 15 days for the next appointment.

Within next 9 days they summoned us for some formalities. We went there and found that the doctor who diagnosed us named as Pinkey Kumari was no other than one of their staff members. We were deeply shocked and raised this concern but they didn't pay much heed towards this.

After this a genuine doctor available there called us inside a room and diagnosed us and gave other medicines and instructed us to stop taking previous medicines which was prescribed by the fake doctor (who was a staff member) on our 1st appointment.

This fake doctor gave a false report of "leucorrhoea" to my elder sister. My sister complained about this to the clinic but they didn't respond.

In fact now the clinic refused to give those 3 different therapies and demanding more money for these therapies. They even made us to purchase their product by claiming that this product is prescribed by Dr Mukesh Batra, Homeopathy.

I tried multiple times to call on their complaint number but they didn't respond.

They are thinking that people living in Gaya city are illiterate and cannot expose their SCAM.

I have lodged a complaint about this FAKE Clinic with the Consumer Complaint Forum.

I'm writing this to make all of you aware about this to not fall in this trap and loose your hard earned money.
