I hope everyone had a chance to the see DATELINE NBC tonight and watch the "Hansen Files" If you missed it, go to http://insidedateline.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2011/05/12/6630375-may-15-the-hansen-files?threadId=3126717&commentId=54204428#c54204428 Chris Hansen exposed unethical / criminal business practices and "Drain Pro" was one of the perpetrators. I hope this prompts more people to come forward and speak out against unethical companies such as "Drain Pro"
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
And I like how you defend unethical, criminal business practices by stating that "he hurt a lot of middle class families just trying to get by being handy men in a cruddy economy"...you are clearly a ### criminal "handy man" yourself, you soulless turd. How the hell was it a commercial for the expert they had? I didn't catch his name nor any company he was affiliated with...so THAT doesn't exactly jive with your lame claim. AND- to address your point that "no actual customers have come forward to complain"- what an idiotic statement- most people are being lied to and how would they ever find out? They think they are dealing with a trustworthy plumber/tech so there's no reason for them to think anything other than they had a "bad unit", since that's what the "professional" told them...when in fact the person they were trusting was no professional at all, just a con artist. You should be ashamed of yourself Drain Pro ###.
Interesting that no actual customers have come forward to complain. Kinda doesn't jive with NBC's picture don't ya think? Buyer beware and that goes for you all consuming a neatly packaged news piece. In case you didn't know, their expert is also these guys' competitor. Completely agree with you, raider...This company and that worm "Don" need to be shut down as they are complete liars and scam artists. As proven on Dateline NBC on MAy 15, 2011 of course.
