Dr. Sam Castimore review: Malicious Prosecution/Consumer Fraud

Dr. Sam Castimore broke my financial arrangement on Thursday, December 8th. He electronically deducted $160 from my checking account via Visa Debit. He was not entitled to $160. He refused to refund the difference saying, "We will longer finance Mozart, you must either pay the entire bill or consider putting your cat to sleep." What vet demands the whole amount and then holds your cat/dog "hostage?" He is Deputy Mayor of Frankford, who voted for this man? What type of professionalism and decency is this? He is a coward and that is why State Trooper Officer Louis Jacinto signed the complaint against Mozart's owner, because Sam Castimore didn't have the "courage." There was no written or authorization for Sam to treat Mozart on paper. The only paper signed by Mozart's owner was from October 2010. Sonia Owchariw increased payments monthly... from $60 to $70 and then to $80. She further put in additional money for the week that Sam missed which was Thanksgiving week. Dr. Sam Castimore charged Sonia Owchariw for the whole month of December for boarding Mozart when she should have been charged only 8 days not 31 days. Dr. Sam Castimore treated Mozart which added $800 to Sonia Owchariw's bill. Why would Castimore add more expense when he was looking to get paid for past services? Sonia Owchariw never received a call from Office Manager, Christine Boyd, about the procedure. Sam Castimore perjured himself on June 27th when he took the stand and said that he never said that he would put Mozart to sleep. However, Public Defender, Joseph O'toole, showed Castimore that he did write in police report that owner should animal "out of his misery." Mozart was never in pain or misery, however, under the care of Dr. Sam Castimore, Mozart was going to be put to sleep. Ms. Owchariw gave the title of her Volkswagon Bettle to save her cat's life. State Tropper Louis Jacinto told Dr. Castimore on the phone that Ms. Owchariw didn't want to put her cat to sleep. Sam Castimore is a LIAR! There is police report that shows and bank records and cell phone records that show that Ms. Owchariw was almost railroaded by Castimore. She was found not guilty and it took 6 months to fight the charge. Would you still take your animal to Castimore?
