Donna Karan New York / DKNY review: DKNY sweater and shoes

Hello. A few weeks ago I bought shoes and sweater dkny. Unfortunately sweater stitches are out by the neck.. There is no proper line around neck from fabric... So expensive clothes you guys selling, how it can be so bad quality?
Plus I bought same brand shoes. Them nose are sticking out already...? Is this normal for price 140 euro? Even its on discount was, its still must be good quality? Isn't it?
I want some solution because its not even 1 item, this is rubbing in the day light!
So shame for such a big company!
