Cult Gaia is like, way too expensive. I mean, come on, who wants to pay that much for clothes and accessories? And don't even get me started on their sustainability practices. Like, seriously, they need to step it up and start being more eco-friendly. And honestly, their products aren't even that great. You can find way better stuff at other stores. So yeah, save your money and shop somewhere else.

So, I recently got this dress from Cult Gaia and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The quality was just the worst, like seriously, it was poorly made and had some weird design flaws that made it look just plain weird. And don't even get me started on their customer service, it was just terrible. I mean, I was stuck with this terrible thousand dollar dress that I found out later had some really bad reviews online and was deeply discounted.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Cult Gaia. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment. Save your money and go somewhere else where you can actually get something that's worth the price. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

So, I recently made an order for my wife's Christmas present from Cult Gaia (cultgaia.com). I was super excited to surprise her with a beautiful gift from this trendy brand. However, my excitement was short-lived when I received an email from them a week later, stating that they couldn't ship to my address. The reason? Well, apparently, it's because I'm deployed in the United States Military and have an FPO address.

I was quite disappointed with this news, and I immediately sent them multiple emails, hoping to get some clarification or a solution to my problem. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any response from them. I was left in the dark, wondering what to do next.

Finally, after a few days of waiting, I decided to try their online chat service. I was able to talk to someone, and they told me to wait for a tracking number. I was relieved to hear that, but unfortunately, I never received it.

To make matters worse, the night before Christmas, I received an email from Cult Gaia, asking me to provide another address because they were unable to ship to my address. I was frustrated and confused. Why didn't they tell me this earlier? And why didn't they provide any reason for not being able to ship to my address?

I checked their website, and there was no disclaimer stating that they do not ship to FPO addresses. I felt like I wasted my time and money on this order, and I couldn't even surprise my wife with her Christmas present.

Overall, my experience with Cult Gaia was disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency was unacceptable. I hope they can improve their customer service and policies to avoid similar situations in the future.
