Domino's Pizza review: delayed pizza order

On Sept 2, 2019, I Placed an order at 2:42 PM, it took 2 hours to receive my order! after 1 hour passed, I called the store and was rudely told that there were a large amount of orders and I would receive my food soon.This was on Labor day and it was a rainy day. By the time I received my order, I got a cold pizza and a warm soda! I accepted the food because I had already paid for the food with my credit card. $32.41, is a lot of money for a pizza and a soda, and the store is only 2 blocks from my building, but I didn't want to drag my grandchildren out in the rain.
