I recently subscribed to the Dollar Shave Club. My introductory order arrived quickly. Product quality was fine.
I placed a second order. The vendor uses a checkout service named "Shop" (something). The order was placed using an old billing address and a shipping address that I specified for a gift that was purchased from another merchant and sent to a friend.
After placing the order (with the incorrect addresses), I attempted to contact Dollar Shave Club. There is no customer service phone # (number found on the web has been disconnected). The "Contact Us" page states that you can chat with customer service M-F 9-2 PST by clicking on the widget at the bottom of the web page. There was no such widgent. Left with no other option, I sent an email early this morning. It is now late afternoon and I have received no reply.
I am hopeful that someone in customer service (if there is such a department) receives my e-mail and corrects the shipping address before sending.
I will be cancelling my subscription today. I cannot do business with a company that provides no means to contact them to address issues that may arise.
