Ordered a Gucci jacket for my son, never arrived paid $180.00 for it.

Got a false DHL tracking number, no reply to my e-mails and only recorded voice messages when you call the phone number on their website.

They say the company is in Milan, Italy I am not sure it is, I have seen on the internet from other unhappy customers that the company is somewhere in Turkey.

Please please get this company to stop trading on the internet, and saying that their clothes are 100% genuine designer wear.

I'm not being funny but use your brain you lot. I see you on here crying that the clothes are fake. What do you expect for the prices your paying? I hate seeing people like you that think they are clever and yet blatantly have no common sense between any of you. A proper Gucci shirt will cost you upwards of $400. You then expect an authentic one for $180? Are you serious or just plain stupid? If it was real do you honestly think these people will sell at half price when they could sell at face value? Would you sell your house for half the value than its worth?
Get some common sense. If you cant, afford to buy from the designers official websites, then you cant afford the real items and should expect to only ever get scammed with fake goods.

In 2010 - late 2011, I purchased a total of £1, 500 worth of goods from Dolce Fugo. Some of these items were returned and monies were refunded successfully to my credit card. However, in 2013 I attempted to place another purchase amounting to £350 which I subsequently lost through deception by Dolce Fugo. At this time, Dolce Fugo were being subjected to legal action by Gucci International for copyright infringements. The US court ordered that Dolce Fugo be closed down and I believe that they were fined. Today, I discovered that Dolce Fugo are back and trading from the same Internet platform. I recognise that their goods are slightly damaged originals or possibly fake. However, they are exceptionally good value for money. My only gripe - apart from the £350 that I lost - is that they do not provide payment through a more secure medium and for obvious reasons they are perhaps unable to do. So, if you decide to go ahead and place an order with your credit card - BUYER BEWARE!

DolceFuego.com seems to be the same as FashGrab.net . Unfortunately I have just ordered 3 tracksuits from them on a "3 for 2" offer. Have paid US$410 to a Deutsche Bank account in Spain. Since making the payment a week ago FashGrab have gone very quiet despite numerous emails requesting they confirm receipt of my money. Have a feeling I've just wasted my money. I then registered with them using a different name and email & they still seem to be in business despite my service provider telling me their website expired on 31/5/13. What can be done to stop scams like this? In future I will only buy from companies using PayPal where there is a way of getting your money back if not satisfied.

After ordering a jacket I soon discovered reports of fakes; I was disheartened but hoped for the best. I immediately contacted DolceFugo, asking to terminate my order and issue a refund; I even offered to forgo the 10% restocking fee -- at least save me the time and hassle of returns; but DolceFugo took 48 hours to respond by which time [conveniently] the jacket had left their 'warehouse'. Which yes, it seems is in Turkey. I received the jacket, a terrible forgery with badly cut material, loose seams and cheap plastic buttons; shipping was actually quite fast, reaching my UK address within about 2 days. I was told to return the parcel to DolceFugo within 7 days of receiving the order, which I have done; DocleFugo also gave me instruction [sic] of marking the item as a 'Gift' and maximum value of $20.00 -- or, get this -- they would not accept the parcel and it would be returned to me ! Can you believe that ? When you need to return something, they won't allow you to take insurance on it because they are too illegitimate to pay for the duties !

Absolutely, stay away from this scam website! I am reporting them to Trading Standards, YouTube (where they have a channel) and my bank.

I will post an update if I receive a refund.

I have attached photos of the jacket received.

I agree I jus saw this on the Internet after I sent my order in, if I knew it was a rip off I would never order from that site. $129 for a shirt and now I'm finding out there selling fake products. The number on the websites is only for you to leave voice messages and then they will call u back. I receive a call three days later and I miss the call and they never attempt to call me back. Thats definitely not good for business. I called my bank to try and stop payment cause I place the order on Friday. The bank told me the order is still pending I have to wait til they send the goods, which from the sounds of it, looks like I'm not goin to recieve it. So I'm wonder how this is goin to turn out.

Dolce Fugo sends sizes that are clearly two small and when you return your clothing and keep record of your confirmation number that it has shipped and arrived back to them they say they havent received your order. THIS IS A SCAM to keep your hard earned money! BEWARE DONT BUY FROM DULCE FUGO real or Fake doesnt matter. THEY DO BAD BUSINESS. LIEING SAYING THEY DIDNT RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT BACK and will not pay your refund

Dolce Fugo sold us Turkish copies of Gucci and Prada jeans. They were low quality, flimsy material with poor seams, and shipped by a man in Istanbul in a plain envelop with no documentation as a gift so they could avoid paying extra shipping/export costs. We did get our money back two weeks after they received the fakes which we had carefully shipped back to Istanbul (hint: Don't ship back to their "Milan" address as it is a front and no such company exists in that building) . We were of course out all of the shipping fees to and from Turkey which cost about $60 total (we sent them back registered in case they claimed they didn't get them) and of course there was all the time waiting to get the money back (ordered 2/22, refunded 4/2) . Don't let them hit you up for the 15% restocking fee on these fakes. No matter how much their representatives (likely the same person using multiple names in email) claim their "buyers are very experienced and rarely get fooled by fakes", they know they're selling Turkish bazaar contraband. To save time, just burn a few 20s and drink about 6 espressos while pulling your hair out. The end result will be about the same.

I placed an order a few days ago. I contacted DolceFugo a few days ago. They send me an e-mail about shipping that its shipped on 15 Of January. I asked a tracking number, the send me. It says that USPS will handle my shipping and it was sent on 18 Of January and not from ITALY, from TURKEY. It is really my big concern, because I heard that in Turkey a lot of FAKE brands coming out. So I will post an update as soon as I will receive my merchandise. But I am really concerning right now.

Hi guys,

My name is Dino and I work for DolceFugo.com.

I agree with you that it is not a pleasant experience paying for goods and never receiving them.

Sometimes the postal services loose packages in transit. When this happens we need our customers to let us know that they did not receive the package so we can open an investigation with the postal services.

Please write me at dino@dolcefugo.com from the email address you used to order the goods and I'll help you get in the possession of your goods.
Our customers satisfaction is our main priority.

I am sorry for the entire situation.

Regards,
Dino
