Doctor on Demand review: Overcharge

On January 25, 2022, I dialed Doctor on Demand to see a medical professional about a UTI I was experiencing. The charge was $75.00. The doctor prescribed an RX, I had it filled, and within one hour of taking it I had an allergic reaction to it. I have never had an allergic reaction to any medicine before. I called back right away to get a different prescription. Unfortunately, I had to re-enter my credit card number to get a doctor on the phone. That was another $75.00. I only needed a new RX for the same problem. If I didn't get a different prescription, the infection would have worsened. It was the same problem, just a new RX. So, I paid twice for one issue. I filed a request for the second payment to be refunded since it was just for a different med. They said no.
