I had a terrible experience at DNA Lab Center. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The office was so dirty that I felt like I needed to take a shower after leaving. Abraham, the person who took my DNA sample, was incredibly rude and dismissive. He didn't seem to care about me or my questions at all. In fact, he treated me like I was a bother to him.

I was really frustrated with Abraham's attitude. I asked him a few simple questions about the process and he acted like I was wasting his time. He didn't seem to care about my concerns or my well-being. I was really disappointed with the level of professionalism that he showed.

I think that Abraham doesn't care about his customers or his practice. He's only interested in making money. It's really sad that he's collecting people's DNA samples and treating them so poorly. I don't think that he should be allowed to work in this field if he can't treat people with respect.
