DMM Sales Sdn Bhd review: Accident claim too slow

I sent my car Myvi to Perodua on 2/6/22 but till now also haven't gotten my car due to no spare part - condenser. Keep asking me to wait. Do you have a person in charge to handle and settle our problem? Complain many times no person in charge can take action. How long do we need to wait? What is the purpose of this Complaints Board? I have had no car to use for about 3 months!
