I recently hired Distinct Plumbing & Gas Fitting to change my cooktop. The plumber completed the job, but unfortunately, he took my old cooktop with him without asking or informing anyone at my property. The old cooktop was brand new and unused, and I had spent nearly $500 on it. I was planning to install it in my other property, but now it's gone.

I was disappointed with the plumber's behavior, as I expected a professional with lots of experience to ask before taking my stuff. When I contacted the company, they said that the old cooktop was rubbish and refused to take responsibility for it. This careless dealing made me upset and mentally disturbed, and I cannot recommend this company to my friends and family.
