Disney Cruise review: Stolen luggage

We just got back from a Disney Cruise sailed Disney Dream from Miami on Sept 9th. 2022 We dropped our luggage at the port to a Disney worker he put a tag on it and never saw it again. When we got to our room it never made it there My Husband was on that ship with the same clothes for the entire trip. It ruined everything every experience and it was my son's first trip the entire time we were just trying to figure out where the bag was and what was going to happen. Disney kept sending us from person to person and did nothing. I suffer from Anxiety and this just kept me in a bad Mental space the entire time. I'm home now and still have not heard from DISNEY we bought so much clothes and matching outfits for this trip for nothing!
