Discover Building review: Discover Building credit with a Discover pay up front credit card.

On about the end of October 26th 2022 I filled out a app. for a build your credit buy sending Discover cash money and they will send you a credit card to use like a credit card. I sent them 200.00 cash money that same day as filling out the application. They had two hundred dollars of my money from my Wells Fargo bank in less then 2 min. After weighting on the Discover bank card or debit card I called and activated the card about a week later I had stopped at A gas station I use near my home and tried to use this Discover card they sent me and activated this card turned down the sale of gas I was going to purchase. The next day I called Discover and asked why it was turned down and there answer was, We don't think that you are the person using the card is really you? I told them more information on I was the right person gave them My SSI no. along with my banking info and they said that was not good enough. So I tried calling again a few days later wanting to talk with a manager and they transferred me to another Discover employee in a different state and he basely told me I need to send proff of I mam this rightful person, So they sent me a copy of this declaration and take it to a notary and get it notarized and email it to them and they would unlock the card. I did this and took the paper in the small town I live in about 23 miles from the country side I live. The Ford dealership however is a big dealership and Notarized the paper they sent me and they suggested to all so take a picture of my Florida drivers lic. attached to the notary Contrack other wish the paper showed my LIc along with notary on same paper. Well I sent this to there main office and didn't here from them for over a week so I called again and they told me they would not accept this from a dealership notary and wanted a notary from a Bank. At this time I said to close my account and send me back my 200.00 and they agreed to do this but would take 2 mo. showing I haven't tried to use the card This totally would take three mo. to do this there way Here it is 12/20/2022 and I still don't have my money I sent them back in October of 2022 all I want is my 200.00, that they are holding back not even there money I want to file a complaint on this very large company I am 70 years old a Vietnam vet and can barly pay my bills Please help.
