Discord review: Manual review requested

Date of incident: October 17 2025 Ticket ID: #61628566 My Discord account was permanently suspended without valid justification due to a known moderation exploit involving Discord’s automated AI safety system. I did not violate any of Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. A malicious user exploited Discord’s message-editing and reporting system to make it appear as though I had broken rules I never violated. This exploit has affected many innocent users. The situation was not reviewed by a person, and the decision was entirely automated. I opened an official appeal through Discord Support (ticket #61628566) on october 17 2025, which has now been open for 20+ days with no response, no human review, and no clarification. The lack of support prevents me from accessing an account that contains personal conversations, communities, and possibly paid features. I have never engaged in prohibited behavior. This was a case of mass false reporting combined with a flaw in Discord’s AI moderation system. Other affected users have already had their accounts restored after escalation, confirming this was not a legitimate violation. Desired resolution: I respectfully request that Discord conducts a manual human review of my case, verifies the false flag caused by the exploit, and restores my account access if no real violation is found. I also ask that the abusive report be investigated to prevent further misuse of this exploit. I am not contesting Discord’s safety policies — I am requesting a fair and human review of a clearly automated error.
