! Direct Source Renovations did a fantastic job replacing my old fence with a new wood and vinyl one. They were super helpful and provided great service throughout the entire process. The end result is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend!

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Direct Source Renovations. We made a deal with 'em on 3/11/22 to fix up our house with some new *** and siding. We even gave 'em a deposit of $2500. But guess what? Ain't no work been done yet. And to top it off, the sales guy ain't answering our calls and he blocked my hubby's number. Not cool, man.

This company is top-notch! I spent 34k on a whole house redo and they were super professional, polite, and took care of all my requests. I was really happy and would definitely suggest them to anyone.

Talked to the owner Robert and told him that 3 of my Lexan shutter panels that I never used since I bought them 11 years ago, were missing some holes that needed to be drilled. Even though it was way past the one year warranty, he was nice enough to come out today and drill those holes for me. This is a great company to do business with and I highly recommend them.

I had a really bad experience with Direct Source Renovations. I signed a contract on Aug 5 and gave a deposit of $5,000. They said the materials would be in 8 to 10 weeks and that's when the job would start. After Hurricane Ida, we had siding damage. In October, I called Direct Source and asked about my siding and when it would be in. They said they couldn't get that kind in. I asked what kind they could get in. I was the one who always contacted them. They're not good at communicating at all! The materials finally came in at the end of Jan. And it took 3 weeks for the job to be done. I wouldn't recommend using this company at all. They don't like talking to customers after they get their deposit. I felt like they pushed me aside. They told me I was getting it done for free. I paid $17,000, but they tried to make it sound free. They said someone was coming to take pictures and get the rest of the money, but that was another lie.
